How big? I didn’t expect it to be so big that it it wouldn’t go through my letterbox. After I finally got hold of it I was amazed by how nice it was.
It is very colourful and fascinating for not just children but adults too. My 7 year old enjoyed reading about the different countries and the foods that were produced there and my 3 year enjoyed looking at the colourful pictures and pointing objects out.
Each double page spread shows a different country with information about them and some of their most famous foods and recipes, then around the page it includes 2-3 different recipes using some of the food that have been mentioned.
This is so much more than just a cookery book for kids it is something for the whole family to learn about countries and food.
It will definitely help my family to get into the kitchen together and cook together. A book that helps us spend quality time together.
