This truly is a beautifully illustrated book, every page abounds with incredible imagery and there is so much to explore on each page. I feel like you could discover something new every time you picked it up!
I haven’t tried any of the recipes in this book yet but I have to say they all sound absolutely delicious.
My young daughter loves looking through this book and we will definitely enjoy exploring the new tastes together as we make our way through the recipes. It’s an incredible book for capturing young people’s interests and getting them excited about food, geography, history, new cultures, new flavours and different textures!
I do have to say that at first I was really surprised by just how big this book is (it’s HUGE!) but after reading it I think it’s absolutely the perfect size as otherwise you wouldn’t be able to appreciate the illustrations on each page.
This is an educational and insightful book all about food/history of food from all over the globe. Would definitely recommend!
