Take a bite will adorn any kitchen in any country. When I started reading it, I could not help by pass page by page and marvel at the illustrations. I can just imagine this book in a worktop. What a clever cooking book. The interesting observation from this book is that it is spot on how they choose the speciality of the countries. From my country, the two recipes they chose to share, are so incredible. They are the two most famous recipes. I haven't had the opportunity to try them the way it is suggested, but, it is in my list of what to do. Take a Bite is a wonderful way to celebrate food and what it represents. After all, food is about culture. When people live in a different country, food is the best way to please anyone. With this fantastic book, anyone can do just that and for sure, Impress.
