Although this book is aimed specifically at children, I am amazed at how much content there is in this absolutely massive book. It feels more like a sharing book for parents and children to take a tour around the world and stop for something to eat along the way.
The book is jam packed with history, geography, recipes, illustrations and some fascinating facts on each page and covers many of the countries of the world. At first sight it seems a bit overwhelming, so obviously I have not yet read the whole book, but from what I have enjoyed so far, I am happy to submit a review and say that this book is absolutely an amazing coffee table book to dip in and out of and enjoy in so many different ways.
My only negative comment would be that the writing is quite small and the font is difficult to read in places, but with young eyes to help me, we managed perfectly well.
