This book is full of information and some good recipe's but it is ginormous!! This book is way to big to fit on bookshelves or for any one to hold comfortably to read. Definitely a book for skimming through whilst sat at a table !!! The front and back cover's are amazingly illustrated and the book is full of illustration's and information. It is a shame it is let down by the sheer size and weight of the book. I think most people would be put off of buying this book and l can imagine most small bookshop's would be too !! As l have mentioned before the information is really good and some of the recipe's look really tasty - the illustration's are also really lovely. There is a wide variety of countrie's featured and lots of really good information . It may have been better to make the book a more usable size and maybe split it between two or three volume,s . A lovely book but way too big
