This is a huge book, about A3, and it is full of information and different recipes from around the world. The book looks absolutely beautiful, it is full of stunning pictures of counties and their food. Each two page spread shows a different country with some information about them and some of their most famous foods and recipes, they then include 2-3 different recipes and they are really easy, clear and simple to follow. Most of these recipes I have never heard of before so I am really excited to try and make these in the future. The ones i'm looking forward to make the most are the italian recipes or the indian ones.
