I was very excited to receive this book but when it arrivedI wasn't impressed with the size of this cookery book.
I enjoy reading about different cultures and countries so I liked the idea of writing about the countries and their food and culture.The book is kind of encyclopedia of world cooking. I disagree with few facts stated in the book about countries and their history.
Illustrations are beautiful and eye catching. I have already chosen few of my favourite recipes and will be trying them soon hopefully.
In the last page writers have added time line history as well that provides little bit more information about contents of this book.
Size of this book makes it difficult to take it and use it on kitchen counter during cooking.
I had high hopes with this book but unfortunately this book hasn't come upto my expectations. I still am giving this book a try to try some recipes.
