I was very excited by getting this book.
However, I found it rather big and would have been better if a smaller size.
It was very colourful and a lot has been put into this book, it has lots of information - history/culture of a country and a couple recipes per country.
I thought overall although nice to have the information, it was on overload and as one went through the book one got less interested - I understand that this is for young adults and it just might be too much to absorb.
I thought when looking at this book initially that it was a recipe book and would have liked more recipes and less information about the country culture, and nice to be colourful but too many pictures.
I have however identified some recipes that I would like to cook.
