This book was pure perfection. As an avid reader of historical fiction and someone who loves history, I knew this would be the perfect book for me and it was. I had really high expectations after reading the first look, which was fantastic and I was not left disappointed.
For a debut, this book is just stunning and in my eyes, it was like reading the work of an established author with many books already written. The writing was gripping and the style of it too was captivating. I was gripped from start to finish with this book.
