It seemed like my sort of book but the first page threw me off. It just seemed like a whole bunch of randomness... the random song, the overly descriptive language that was paired together that seemed like the author was trying to sound impressive but wasnt.
See I like these kind of books usually but this one is a hit or miss. Maybe if I read on I'd have liked it but the first page is what grabs the readers attention and I just found myself cringing at it.
