First impression purely based off the title, ‘The Arc’ and the cover, I’m intrigued. I like the fact the illustrations have remained faceless because it leaves it up to imagination. The colours and style of illustration really stand out, modern and trendy and make a wonderful addition to any shelf or table. The title is based off of the app so it makes me wonder what influence this app has on the ‘couple’. Also the small description at the top intrigues me, is their perfect match guaranteed?
I want to read more because I can see myself getting wrapped up in the love story and escaping to another world. It doesn’t quite seem like the usual love story, one with a very modern twist so I’m intrigued to find out how the story unfolds and whether this twist suits this genre.
