The concept of this novel is intriguing, highly culturally relevant and extremely relatable without dipping too far into cliche. The characters are so far likeable, though some of the names may be too similar, risking confusion (Ursula, Issa, Lisa). In addition to this, I'm slightly uncertain about the temporal setting and one encounter (between Ursula and the business woman from The Arc) felt slightly cheap and lazy. Despite this, the book has already made me laugh and kept me entertained and I look forward to reading on.
