This book's concept is fantastic. I really like the descriptions of New York, which made me feel as if I were there.

The Arc as a service is convincing, and the manipulation of such a service was also convincing. I really adored Ursula and Issa, as well as Rafael, despite my dislike for his friends.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was how, during the main debate, the characters seemed to go as far as they could with their cruelty, bordering on abuse. I'd like to believe that folks in their late thirties and early forties who have undergone lengthy therapy as a result of the dating service are a little less nasty, but that was my only major complaint.

There are a lot of individuals I know that would probably enjoy it. I just thought it was unusual, but extremely different from other dating app stories I'd read. This isn't your typical cheerful romcom, and I believe it belongs in the category of women's fiction. The twist at the end was fantastic.
