This was an great first impression!
It hooked me immediately, I liked how we, the reader, are immediately in the mind of the predator(?) as he surveys potential targets in a very innocuous setting.
It makes you think of how people can blend in to the background and how many people you see without meeting in day-to-day life.

It also gave me room for pause and reflection on cyber security and the amount of data that is available online, but the author isn't shoving it down you or belabouring that point, just using it as an prompt to give his character and story even more of a real world feel.

The second chapter introducing us to the target who works for the police is also a really good twist that further hooked me, and then when the art installation is revealed, even though I expected it I was still amazed with how it happened and how it was written, I felt I was there .

The Art of Death has got me very interested, and I'm eager to read more and find out where the art comes into the killer's collections, and how the story and crimes will progress from here.

Great job and really intriguing cover too!
