I thought the synopsis sounded really original (like a serial killer version of Banksy... I like it!) and the use of the wooden mannequin on the cover is genius!
The opening chapter was suitably creepy and really sets the tone and mood for the rest of the book. However, I think aspects of the story are a little stereotypical (young female DI following in the footsteps of her father). I hope we learn more about Archer and she develops more of a personality because in the opening chapters she comes across quite cold!
