I was lucky enough to receive an advanced readers copy of this book, and I am so glad that I did.
What a brilliant book this is. We are introduced to Grace Harper, the detective leading the investigation into the murders that take place in the book.
I found the story especially chilling when describing how the murderer was befriending his victims using various social media sites. It made me stop and think about how much information I might be revealing on social media, and has made me more careful about what I post! This makes the book so relevant though and I literally couldn't put this book down.
It is fast-paced and there are a few twists but that is what makes it so good. It is quite graphic in the description of the murder scenes, and some of the murders so I wouldn't recommend reading this if you are a bit squeamish, or whilst eating a meal!!
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this book and as a debut novel I was very impressed.
