As a debut author this book shows the start of a great future and I can see this developing into a great series and already I am looking forward to the next book to come out.
The book gets you thinking about how people may be watching you and finding out so much information about you without you even realising and it also makes you think twice about what you post on social media.
With the main character you get to see her authoritative, 'bossy' DI and the caring, loving granddaughter as she cares for her Granddad.
The writing style is nice and relaxed but is very fast paced so keeps you reading but does not bog the reader down with technicalities. As this is a debut book there are quite a few characters to get used too but the author deals with this well.
If you like British serial killers then this is definitely a book that you need to read.
