The art of not falling apart was a book I wasn’t sure about but as soon as I opened it and read the first few pages I was hooked. I really enjoyed the book and powered through it barely wanting to put its own. It tells such a powerful but relatable to so many people story and would therefore be the perfect read for such a wide range of people. I would recommend this book to anyone and would definitely pick it up and read it again. It cements that even in the hardest times there is also small things to love and that no matter how the path goes or how long it continues that you will always find light at the end of it. Whatever form this may take the light will be there and that is such an important message
