I can’t really write a full review for this book because I didn’t make very far into it before deciding it wasn’t for me. I went into this expecting a book along the lines of Life Birds Art Death by Kyo Maclear (might be recalling the title mixed up but you know what mean!) — a book of a nonfiction memoir meets mindfulness type. I was completely blown away by Maclear’s book but this one left me wanting.
Now, from the sample I read the art of not falling apart had all the makings to be a great read. But unfortunately once you looked at the broader work... it wasn’t what I was looking for at all. Maybe there is no book like Kyo Maclear’s? Or maybe I was just barking up the wrong tree with this one.
