I could easily have read this whole book in one sitting but i chose not because i kind of wanting to savour this book. The writing style in this book was wonderful, it was almost like the author was talking to me and we were more like friends. I really love books like that. It makes seem that bit more special. This was a totally unflinching and powerful book and it was exactly what i needed at that time. She talks about so many things in this book that i don’t think are recognised that often in novels like serious accidents, abuse, death, infertility and poverty and i thank the author for that. These things need a lot more recognition than they usually get in books to try and kill that stigma it often gets.
