The title of this book is really what drew me in at first, it seemed witty but also intriguing, so it's a great title.
I feel like this genre of book isn't appreciated a lot, a lot of them similar to this are often way too over the top, and not relatable in the slightest, it can often feel 'fake' in some ways, however this book isn't like that at all, it has a really nice flow to it and the writing style is just very gentle if that makes any sense- it's an easy read. It also feels comfortable, it's relatable and realistic which makes it easy to read.
As well as being truthful, it's also very emotional (so maybe prepare some tissues) because it tugged at my heart strings at times, and I'm usually not a fan of sad books, or books of this genre to be honest, but I'm extremely glad I did decide to give it a go because it's amazing- it's the type of self help book that isn't obviously a self help book, so I'll be recommending this to basically everyone I know.
