I love the cover of this book, it’s simple yet attractive.
I also loved the concept of this book. The art of not falling apart is about a strong woman who writes about different aspects of life and she has been through a very turbulent life and yet she still tries to look on the bright side.
Throughout the book she includes mini interviews with friends and family members which show their views on how they have also overcome struggles, what they’re are happy with and how they view happiness and their life. It really is a truly stunning piece of writing.
It is an incredibly emotional read, it makes you realise everyone has different issues no one is perfect it’s how you deal with the issues that count!
I was pleased to read o the epilogue that the writer got her happy ending!
