This book follows a girl named Christina and her life as a journalist and her losing her job. It tells the story of her ups and her downs, also includes mini interviews of her friends and family.
I didn't enjoy this book as much as I thought I would. It took me a while to get into it, and when I did I just found that it didn't live up to my expectations. I feel like this might just be me as this book has tons of good reviews. The Art of Not Falling Apart is a very honest book and would definitely be a good read for someone who wants to motivate themselves.
Personally, I feel like I just wasn't in the right mindset to read this book but I will definitely try to pick it up again soon. Currently, the book looks very pretty on my shelf. :)
