I'm so thankful for this book. These first enthralling 38 pages have brought my love of the 18th century back to the surface. The characters are all marvellous and individual yet connected through so many redeeming factors. I very much hope to finish this book as I don't believe Google could do as good a job as C.S.Quinn at telling me about the lost diamonds of Marie Antoinette
