On first look at the book I thought this was going to be really good but afraid I got a bit lost and bored the more I read. The story centres on an English spy called Attica Morgan.
In the first part she was helping some slaves get to safety in Russia.
The story then continues in England at her father’s high society wedding, she tells one of the servants that she could never sit still for portraits and it had never been decided if she was illegitimate or not.
I think the further you get in and find out more about the characters it will be good but just a bit lost at the beginning
