The Bastille Spy....this wasn't a book I would normally read not my sort of thing at all, but it's good to try another type of story so I thought I would give it a try.
I found it was well written in a way that didn't offend even though it covers the brutal and dreadful happenings in France at this time.
The main character Attica Morgan has many hidden talents and is no shrinking violet when it comes to getting the job she has been assigned done.
She is very determined and efficient in all her tasks.
Rip -roaring and fast, it is certainly a brilliant piece of writing..so absorbing it's very difficult to put down so I had read it in 3 or 4 days.
The author is very much to be praised in putting together such a intriguing story for us to lose ourselves in.
