This is a very good book that I enjoyed from start to finish.
I can’t say it’s an author that I’d ever heard of before so I was intrigued to find whether I’d enjoy their writing. I’m pleased to say that I did!
The story is very well told; you get the feeling that you’re actually in Paris on July 14th! The author describes the scene very well and you get a good feeling of what it must have been like at that time.
I would have liked to have perhaps seen a bit more of the musketeer in the story as he was only in it for parts; seemed like a good character to a novel.
The character of Attica is good; you want her to succeed.
