First of all, that title is beautiful! It makes me think of the endless possibilities that summer brings. The blurb and first impression give a really good sense of the author's writing technique, and I adored the way she wrote the first chapter. I can tell the mystery of the lights will be the driving force for this book, alongside strange neighbours and the hazy glow of summer!
