I genuinely don't know whether I like this first impression or not. It didn't grab my attention and pull me into the story immediately, nor did it feel like a slow burner that takes you a while to get into. I didn't feel like I connected with Natasha, the narrator of the book, at all; even though the scene was vividly set by the writing. I think the cover is alright, but right now it doesn't seem to have a link to the story (although I'm sure it will.)
