After reading the first impression I'm still not sure about this one. It's light hearted in its writing style, and there is enough mystery about the flashing lights that I do want to know more, but I'm not sure it's the right book for me. It's an interesting concept but I don't know if the fact that it's a very coming of age story makes it more suitable to a younger demographic.
