The bright cover caught my attention but to be fair, I still wasnt quite drawn to it, but then I read the blurb and the disturbance of her and her mothers happy life caught my attention and this was enough to get me to read the first look, and the introduction of the characters and the basic overview of the setting has made me want to read this book.
