I couldn’t put this book down! It is very easy to read and to get lost in the story, the chapter lengths are perfect which made me want to continue reading all day.
The main character describes things beautifully through her own way of seeing things and you can easily see how she isn’t understood by those around her. Her focus on her mother sometimes becomes too repetitive which is slightly annoying but it also gives a sense of the strong emotions the character is dealing with towards her mother. All of the characters are well written and showcase their own personalities.
The story provides a lot of mystery and intrigue which helps keep you captivated and wanting to continue reading.
