I am obsessed with this beautiful book and I am desperate to read the rest!
The cover is so aesthetically pleasing to the eye and I think the colours really represent the themes within the book well! I also love the title! It’s really intriguing and makes me want to read it.
As for the actual story, I really like the first person perspective, it makes me feel much more connected to the story.
I really enjoyed the start of chapter 2, it felt very whimsical and mysterious. The use of dialogue really adds to the mystery. It makes it almost creepy in a way - especially the whispering.
I really like the idea of psychic abilities, i find it very very interesting. It really holds my attention as I haven’t read many books about the topic and I enjoy it very much.
I’d say this is a very good read and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys reading. Can’t wait to read the rest!
