I don't think this book was really for me. There is nothing wrong with it, just not my kind of read. I like books with a bit of action and a gripping story line and to be honest not much really happens in this novel. That aside this is a beautifully written book, very descriptive and even though the story wasn't for me I did enjoy the writing. It is more of a gothic type story, and I am sure if you like that kind of writing you will enjoy this book.
