The prose in this story of Nuri, Afra and their family is very beautifully written with the descriptions of the various houses well described. But the best descriptions are reserved for the bees and the impact they have on the lives of those around them. This story could be true of refugees anywhere but it come alive here due to the bees and the impact they have.
