Wow, this was a brilliant book. Whilst I was reading it I could picture in my mind all that was happening to the characters as the descriptions were so vivid and colourful.
It is such an uplifting story and made you think about how refugees leave their homes and travel such distances in terrible conditions such as living in camps and struggling to find food and clothing etc.
I would urge people to read this book it’s not a difficult read the chapters are fairly short and you find yourself wanting to read more as you go along. I just couldn’t put it down and when I finished it I couldnt stop thinking about it.
The descriptions of the bees and the hives I found very sweet and actually made me want to eat honey.
