I really, really enjoyed this book, a lot more than I thought I would actually. It was a good and emotional story about family and the lengths that people go to to have a better life. It made me realise how incredibly lucky we are. I would definitely read more from this author as I enjoyed the writing style. It was a very easy book to get through and I didn't get bored at any of the points.
I loved the characters and I enjoyed each of the character development through the story. It did make me tear up at certain points throughout as I think any stories about this topic would do but I did like reading something different and it's made me want to read more books like this.
