I wasn't 100% sold on this book reading the synopsis, as historic/political literature isn't my usual genre. However, I was intrigued about the British history, and the front cover did catch my attention. From the first look, I really like the author's style of writing, and it doesn't seem as tough-going as I thought it would be!
