This wouldn’t be my usual go to type of book but the beauty of Readers First is that you read first impressions of books you wouldn’t usually choose. Stories based on history are always interesting as you use your imagination to picture a time to different to the one we currently live in. Surprisingly I really enjoyed the snippet of this book and was drawn in by the language and characters. I hope the rest of the book continues as an easy and interesting read
