The cover did actually catch my eye, it made think it seemed like a good historical read.
I also like that it is set across many years.
I did give the extract a try but unfortunately I think it will be too political for me.
There was so much descriptiveness and detail that I kept getting lost and struggling to continue reading on.
I am sure there will be others who will enjoy it more.
