I wouldn't consider myself a historical fiction fan so I probably wouldn't choose to read this ordinarily but this sounds interesting enough. I don't particularly like the cover because I'm not a fan of covers with people on them, but you can't judge books on that. I would like to read more and see if the rest is as good as the first impression.
