The cover is rather messy and it wasn't until I had read it that it finally made sense - wrong way round! This does not detract from my enjoyment of this book though. It is beautifully written, the story flows like liquid honey. The descriptions are just right, enough information / scene setting to be totally understood, with extras added by the reader from the crafted ambiance. The story is the heroine, suffering from a broken relationship, standing in for an ill uncle at his wee shoppie in London. It is a comfortable read, but not dull. I like it!
