She even learns about their lives, Ruth is a vicar running from her own issues and then there is sweet, Malcolm who ia racked with guilt over the ghosts of his past.
She has even formed a romantic attachment to a local.
Life is good and she realises she isn't the failure at it that she once believed.
Her fresh start has changed Jo for the better and helped her find her own unconventional way to happiness.
This was absolutely charming, a really feel good read.
