I am a huge fan a Lefteri and her work, having read both The Beekeeper of Aleppo and Songbirds. Her ability to draw attention to the beauty of nature and our part is admiring it is refreshing. I’m yet to read a book by Lefteri that doesn’t leave me feeling a warm sense of love for people I’ve never met. The Book of Fire is certain not to let me down and I’m looking forward to findings out about the characters and see how the story unfolds.
