Wow! What an opening to a book. Within the first twenty pages I was already bought to tears as I was totally immersed with the charcters trying to escape the wild fire. Incredibly topical as the news is full of fires engulfing areas around the world. Christy Lefteri writes so wonderfully I was left wanting to learn more about the characters and how the fire was started.
