I have heard of this author and meant to read her books for a while and never got round to it.
I flew through the first look as I found it so absorbing and engaging. The atmosphere, terror and tension brought on by the fire is keenly felt on every page and you really empathise with the characters.
The setting is well described and the topic feels poignant after the recent forest fires in Greece.
The cover is nice and definitely suits the story.
I would definitely be keen to read more of this book and will look out for books by this author!
