This is difficult.
This book is so uniquely different from any other book that I have ever read.
The author is brilliant in her descriptions of the forest and the feelings of those characters who make up this so so sad story.
Wild fires have been in the news a lot this summer, Canada in particular have lost so much in the way of wildlife flora and fauna as have many more countries.
The author brings all this very much to life for us in her description of what was happening in Greece and how it effects the ordinary persons who live there.
It's a story that is so sad it hurts but at the same time it compels the reader to read on...personally I read this in 2 days as I just was unable to put it down when I should have.
I have read this author's other two books and this one is just as compelling a read as the first two.
It is an extremely moving book that will move you to tears.
