An interesting synopsis and first read even though this is not my genre of book I can see the appeal being well written and good descriptions of characters and events.

It seems as if Keira has numerous fights on her hands dealing with her diagnosis, accepting support from the ladies cancer running group and also the upcoming battle with Lorna and Pierre who are circling like vultures to take over her much loved family business. Will Keira succeed in battling the obstacles ahead of her? I would be interested to read further on this one.
