I absolutely loved this book. Following the main character, Keira’s journey through her Cancer diagnosis and treatment, the story is blessed with a beautiful cast of characters. The book regularly makes you sigh and reflect on the wonderful people in your own life and how important it is to appreciate what you’ve got.
However, rather than simply being a sentimental exploration of the indescribably difficult journey Keira is on, the author manages to intertwine a page turning plot of intrigue that keeps you engaged right through to the conclusion. I loved that even in a powerful, uplifting, heartwarming tale there were realistic, everyday villains. Those people in your life that you know you should let go.
