The Cancer Ladies' Running Club by Josie Lloyd. I read this book in 24 hours and couldn't put it down.
it was a very interesting story about a group of ladies who have breast cancer and how they supported each other and formed a lasting relationship. I was suprised at the figures being 1 in 2 people get cancer which certainly does make me think.
It was so heartwarming and inspiring especially since the main character has cancer, it is very inspiring to people with cancer. I also love the cover it shows that the main character(s) are not giving up their all holding their hands up together showing that they can do it/they did it and you can too. I think it is a rather uplifting book about a group of people who are capable of much more than they, and those around them, believe.
You will find you will need a tissue or two as it can be very sad at times. This is one of the best books I've read in quite some time.
